For Lawyers Only: Ethics Opinion 09-01 (Use of Lawyer and Law Firm Name)
Apr 21st, 2009 | By critellilaw | Category: Professional EducationThe ISBA Ethics Committee’s most recent Opinion 09-01, modifies past opinions and finds that placement of firm’s name or logo an event day T-shirt is not improper under the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct.
It further rescinds a number of prior opinions concerning pens and pencils, polo shirts, tote bags, key tags, note pads, event uniforms, tee-shirts and recognition as supporting civic and public events.
